Re: Favourite movie(s)
I like a ton of movies. There are way too many to list. However, I will say I love most of Stephen Speilberg's films, Tim Burton movies, Hallmark (not the channel but the films like The Odyssey, Merlin and The 10th Kingdom) and I'm one of the John Waters fans. His movies are hilarious.

Re: Favourite movie(s)
I have to think about this one...
- The Nightmare Before Christmas - Corpse Bride - Bambi - Fox and the Hound - Finding Nemo - Beetlejuice - Anastasia - The Phantom of the Opera (The newest version) - Howl's Moving Castle The list has yet to be updated, because soon I'm hoping to see Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Edward Sissorhands, and Coraline. I have a gut feeling Eternal Sunshine will make the list, but don't know about the other two.

Gladiator is my all time favorite movie followed by Second Hand Lions, Fight Club is way up there too
as is Shawshank Redemption. Shawshank kicked some major ass. that movie was AWESOME. and of course i have to say The Dark Knight is waaay up there on my favorite movies list. ive never made a list before but if i had to it would most likely look something like this. 1.) Gladiator 2.) Second hand Lions 3.) Fight Club or The Dark Knight (they are interchangeable) 4.) Shawshank Redemption 5.) there are some other movies i really love but cant quite think of off the top of my head. Lord of the Rings and the Matrix trilogy are also up there ![]()

Re: Favourite movie(s)
1. Coraline (2009)
Considering that Nightmare was one of the first movies that I can remember seeing, for the longest time, I wondered if and when another movie would be able to come around and top it. And who else than the director of that stop-motion holiday classic, Henry Selick, to pull it off. Ontop of using 3D better than any other film I've seen, the movie works just as well in 2D. I just love everything about this film, from the characters, to the music, to the "sets." The opening credits alone work as an amazing short film. 2. Bolt (2008) 2008 really was a fantastic year for films, for me, as it revived my interest in movies in general. It was such a great year, infact, that three films from that year have made my Top 10 of All Time list. With terrific animation, a heartwarming (albeit, a bit unoriginal) story, and some of the most lovable characters I've ever seen, Bolt is personally my favorite Disney film. 3. Wall-E (2008) What can I say about Wall-E that hasn't been said already, here? The film is a beautiful mixture of humor, message, and heart. The fact that both Wall-E and Eve are so engaging and emotionally investable without hardly ever saying a word is truly amazing. Wall-E is not only Pixar's best film yet, but also my third favorite film of all time. 4. The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993) Although I was never crazy about the merchandising, this movie has always been one of my top favorites. It's that one movie that I would constantly watch as a kid, and was my #1 favorite film for almost 15 years. The songs, of course, are insanely memorable, the animation is truly stunning, even to this day, and the story is simply more wildly original than that of almost any other film I've seen. Having recently watched it again, I have to say that my only complaint is that the 10-15 minutes leading up to the climax feel just a bit hollow. Considering how spectacular the rest of the movie is, though, that complaint is, at best, a mild one. 5. The Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001, 2002, 2003) Simply put, this is one of the few film trilogies that's consistently epic from start to finish. 6. The Dark Knight (2008) I almost hate to put this movie on my list, just because it's already getting enough praise as it is. But damn, seeing this movie for the first time was the absolute best moviegoing experience that I've ever had. Everything - from the performances, to the action sequences, to the gripping story - just blew my mind, with whatever flaws that existed seeming almost nonexistent. 7. Tarzan (1999) With it's surprisingly heartfelt story, gorgeous visuals, and a terrific score by Phil Collins, Tarzan is easily my favorite 2-D animated film. 8. Beowulf (2007) Gosh, I love this movie, though perhaps more than I should. The story, while by no means "bad", isn't anything special, and there really isn't that much character development throughout. But damn, the four times that I saw this movie in theaters were some of the best moviegoing experiences that I've ever had, and that's primarily due to the film's spectacular action sequences. 9. The Mask (1994) Having watched this time and time again as a kid, The Mask makes it on this list largely out of nostalgia. That being said, this movie does hold up really freakin' well after all of these years. Jim Carrey's maniacal performance is simply hilarious, and the whole movie just feels like a live-action cartoon (if that makes any sense). 10. Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy |

Re: Favourite movie(s)
Monsters vs. Aliens.
Man, I loved this movie. Went to go watch it the other night with a friend. It made me smile big. I love Bob. It was just funny, and heart warming, and made for a good waste of time. Seth Rogen voiced Bob, and I love that guy to itty bitty pieces. Him and Jack Black have been the only guys in existence that I'd be willing to marry. ;P Seriously. Go see it. Now.
