Who is Mrs Pleasant?

I was just reading this book called Skulduggery Pleasant, when i fought if anybody liked this book by Derak Landy. So i came here and i typed in Pleasant i got Mrs Pleasant. It came up with 1 thread the called 'In fact i have tricked you all'. I wanted to now what she actually did? Oh and if anybody likes this book called Skulduggery Pleasant feel free to add comments below. It's about a sharply dressed detective skeleton trying to save the world with this gal called Stephanie, bery good book!
