Distrust and treason, the strong will survive
![]() |
I'm an Arsenal fan, but I think Man United will win the title this season, simply because they are more experienced. And franly, we've done better this year than I had dared hoped so even if we end up third I won't be that disappointed.
Like Adhamh I think the FA Cup has been the most interesting competition this year (despite a certain game involving 4 goals against my team..). Hoping for Barnsley to win it personally. They've been epic so far. Champions League is a tough one. If I were to put money on it, I'd say a 'Pool-Barça final, although I'm hoping Arsenal can prove the doubters wrong yet again. Edit: Just did the premier ship predictor on the BBC website. (here). Man Utd won, Chelsea second Arsenal third.

![]() The 4-2 game was bloody good though, it's just a shame there's going to have to be yet another boring Liverpool-Chelsea Champions League tie. More interested in the Premier League now personally. Obviously man United will win tomorrow, Arsenal are out of form and we've got a lot of injuries, I just hope we can give them a good game with what we've got.

Luck! Ha!
![]() ![]() Sacrebleu! I cannot wait for Liverpool to put Chelsea out of another Champions League semi-final. After watching an utterly pathetic Chelsea struggle against a poor Wigan, I have no doubt that Liverpool will be meeting Manchester United in the final. Let's face it - this season Man U have been the best club side in the world. Barcelona have the stars, but Man U have the confidence and flare that makes all the difference. Trying to sideline the problems Liverpool are having with these greedy American investors, they need this trophy to keep Rafa at his post for at least another two to three seasons. ~ Adhamh. |

I suppose the ridiculous penalty decisions were a matter of which team had more skill in diving then? ;P
Anyway, can't really see Liverpool beating Chelsea now after that draw yesterday (funny how the worse team in these last few CL games with Liverpool involved has ended up getting the better result), but then again, miracles do happen ![]() Based on the first leg games though, looks to me like it'll be a Man United-Chelsea final. If that happens I'll reluctantly be forced to want Man United to win, as they play some very nice football.

Oh well. This isn't the first time I've been forced to eat my own cocky words. Not that I care too much, the Chelsea/Liverpool semi was much, much better than Man U/Barca.
If there's one positive thing to take away from this it's that I don't actually care who wins the final. As a neutral, I can appreciate the game more. Mon the.... ahh who cares. ![]() ~ Adhamh. |
