You should go ask a mod to enable it or something then. You've been here over four months and have almost 250 posts, I would have thought it would be open for you by now. Unless you need something like 5 months, I don't know. But you should go ask a mod anyway :>

I forget what exactly, but you should definitely be able to by now. Just go to UserCP -> Edit Your Details - > then add some text into the text box for Custom Rank.

the best way to have it would probably be below your mouth, or to the side, so that you are not projecting any air into the mic. the recording doesn't have to be very loud, because we can raise the volume in the editing process. it's more important that you don't get all that air in the recording

Cool! As long as you can make it original in some way... ALTTP is old enough that a simple review wouldn't quite be appropriate... put some sort of spin on it, or instead of simply a review, maybe talk about some memories or nostalgia, or go comedy with it... anything but a plain, dry review
