Nah, I doubt it'll go much further. I just get annoyed at the way she (I assume it's a she) seems to look down her nose at people who have opinions of which she disapproves.

The World's Stupidest Tourist is a story in a manga called Fruits Basket, and I posted it since I thought it was pertinent to the question of the value of faith in people. Technically, the guy is the stupidest person in the world, but at the same time it can be argued that people who don't trust others lead more miserable lives than he did.

I'm not suggesting that we should follow his example to the letter, I'm saying that jeering such a person is symptomatic of heartlessness - true, he was stupid, but had such a generous soul that I would personally wish him well. If EVERYONE were as good-natured as he was, there would be no problem.

its alright, I'm not very good with words myself, especially when it comes to fleshing out what I'm saying.

i didn't mean to come off as hypocritical, but I think I got the wrong context in my meaning... My the example given in religion was somewhat more metaphorical, as was the point, I was more so trying to use it to promote individuality... Just as I believed no one religion could encompass the world as a whole, I wanted to say the same off a single spirituality, and that for such to happen would require a lose of individual thought, the thought that defines these things. (Though, even religion has its creative minds, such as Dante whose Divine Comedy has helped shaped the perception of Inferno)

I apologize if I came off as a hypocrite.

ZeLink is 12, so perhaps certain things you find witty, she won't get...?
