Well, if you can find a way to make your character work, sure. My idea was going to be that someone who was close to the Richard character (he was the False Knight himself) became cursed as well, but this person didn't know Richard was cursed and now he/she seeks everyone involved in Richard's demise, aka the characters who participated in the first False Knight.
I'm not going to start it yet though, heck, I'm not even sure I"ll be the one starting it yet, so just hang tight.
