The King Zora mentioned by Rutela in Twilight Princess aided Link from Ocarina of Time ("the legendery hero")... Rutela and her husband knew Ocarina of Time Link, also known at the legendery hero by the events of Twilight Princess.
This means they lived in the days of Ocarina of Time, confirming what Aonuma said: Rutela is refering to her husband, the same King Zora from Ocarina of Time. Rutela's husband aided the Link from Ocarina of Time and Rutela seems to know the Link from Ocarina of Time.
In the Oracles, it was revealed that Zoras can live upto being
four hundread years old and fine.
