Yes, it is. It has the best story, graphics, destructive environment etc. etc.
One thing that I wish they could have expanded on is, more are. Like a country side, somthing more than just a city. Like San Andreas, it had a huge map with a bunch of little towns, I GIANT fun to jump off Mountain, and all that cool stuff.

Oh alright haha. Hmmm, not much. Ive been playing ALOT of GTA IV and GTA San Andreas lately. Because I just got SA to work again and we got a better graphics card so my PC will run IV.

With the site? A huge bug or something happened this afternoon, and they had to close the forums for a couple hours. And all the posts between then and this morning were erased. The bug was that nobody could get into any of the forum categories. It always said "Ivalid Link" or somethin.
