Yes, we do. It's good to hear that the Australian bros use metric too. They can understand my trouble. Seriously, just a few years ago it took me a long time to convert cms to metres, and in ZU I'm supposed to use a totally new (to me) and different unit. Confusing. :>
And Math was never my best.

Oh, I see, Google is my friend. ^^ Well, I live in Hungary, so - practically speaking - everything differs from the US/UK/Australian conditions. In fact, all my knowledge about your height/weight system comes from ZU. :>

    And thank you again.

    Hi. :3
First, thank you very much. Umm, yeah, that is not what I meant, so I'm going to change it as soon as possible. Seems online converters lie. =D

By the by, what is Anzac Day? The others seem fairly self-explanatory.

Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents' Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Fourth of July, Easter (Sunday), Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother's Day, Father's Day, New Year's Day.

Columbus Day used to close schools and they changed it sometime while I was in middle or high school. It still closes some colleges but I wasn't really counting them in this since each college/university decides that kinda stuff for themselves. And also, as I said, Washington's and Lincoln's birthdays used to both close schools.

Labor Day, Memorial Day, Presidents' Day (we used to celebrate both Washington's and Lincoln's birthdays, but since both are in February, we combined the holiday into one), Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Fourth of July, Easter (Sunday), Christmas, Columbus day, Veterans' Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, New Year's Day, and St. Patrick's Day are our recognized holidays and are the same all over the country (I might be forgetting a few.) The bolded ones are when both school and the government is closed. Columbus Day and Veterans' Day, the government is closed. The rest are celebrated on the same day but nothing's closed. I forget if we get Mother's and Father's days off, but I think they're always on Sundays anyway so I bolded them too.

Some schools will also give off on various Jewish holidays like Yom Kippur.

A calendar with the dates of holidays in Maryland is the same as a calendar in, say, South Carolina.
