Wouldn't that require access to the admin cp? (I would guess you would have to check it, than type up the fixed names in, or something like that.)

The only thing I can do is make the flags, and maybe even upload them. I can't add flags to the forum because I'm not an admin. Derek said that all the flags are done, but need to be renamed (or something like that.)
