You make it seem like I hadn't stated it multiple times in said thread that the temple games have a 1000 post lifespan and that it was getting locked when it hit said target.

because the Thread hit 1000 posts. He was just doing his job, following the rules. If a thread hits 1000 posts, it shall be locked. But it won't be locked forever, just like the count to 1,000,000 thread.
