Well it just feels like an ongoing battle at all times with foobar. Nothing is as it should be without lots and lots of work, configuration, tweaking, and on and on. iTunes does everything I need it to flawlessly now without effort at all. It has a graphical user interface with features that do everything I need integrated right into it and nothing's out of place or takes tuning. It's just so inconvenient to have to hard-wire everything into foobar.

Really appreciate the patience and the help and everything, man, I give you my gratitude and I'm indebted to you. I really wish foobar would've worked out, I really do. The thought of a media player that takes up significantly less ram and boots up significantly faster and manages files a lot more efficiently is a cute idea, but it really doesn't work that way for me I guess. :/

I think I'm just going back to iTunes.

No. I do not organize my music that way, I simply refuse. There must be another way. I mean, foobar recognizes those songs that I've already attached certain image files to certain albums, even though the folder it's taking my music from has no image files. There just has to be a way.

No, I only want one image per album, but if I name that image "folder.jpg," only one of my albums can have album art. I wish for all of my albums to have album art. Is there literally no option at all in foobar that lets me associate an album art image with a song? Because half of my albums have images located in seperate folders with album art, but I cannot find the way to add images to other albums anywhere.

But you can only have one file called "folder.jpg" per folder on a windows computer... :/

Hrmmm. Do you know how to add album art in foobar? Dragging and dropping doesn't work like in iTunes and I can't find it in the properties menu anywhere. The songs that previously had album art still do but I don't know how to add it to those without.
