Try asking a BA Councillor directly. None are online right now, so sending a Private Message or Visitor Message to one of the ones who has recently approved (or at least looked at) a character would be your best bet.

I will tell you now though that no matter which councillor you ask, they'll give you tips on revising the profile rather than them approving it straight-away. (and if they don't, then they didn't read your character profile properly)
