This article is talking about that. Just about how JPRGs do nothing but shamelessly try to appeal to goofy teenage anime fans.

That is something I never notice about Cloud until you brought it up.
I mean, granted, I have a disdain towards FF7 but Cloud in the 90s was very upbeat, somewhat happy and say silly **** but this generation Cloud, as you put it, is ****in' emo.
