Well, it wasn't the powers. Mainly, it came from being held in a facility for 8 years that made her the killer she is.

Tne story is good indeed. It is a lot like a mixture of "Carrie". X-MEN, and The Hulk(with her whole rage thing). You kinda feel sorry for Lucy due to the fact her mutant powers drove her insane as well as many other things.

Well, I saw it.

Aside from the violence, I liked the Story.

Elfen Laid is pretty cool but it's just so disturbing you know? I mean, yeah, Lucy was abused and harassed as a child but when she started devolping her mutant powers and seeing her use them was...scary. I'm gonna check it out but it's just...wow.
