Do I Get One, Or Not?

I am currently running a project for the Humulation Army. It focuses on Hoilday cards for the Humulation Army. (In the community section.) I already have an artist to do them, and some suggestions already down. I also have supporters. Blizz saids that I can get a CC banner for it. Now, I know that I likely have to do something for ZU. (Meet-ups, Projects like Anime_Queen's, etc.) But, Blizz said that I could? I don't know if that is true or not. I would love one, but I don't NEED them. (Unlike how Cody lives for all of his.) A simple yes, or no is all I need. If it is a yes, I will be very happy. If a no, I will say "Ok, and then leave you alone. :3) ...and don't think about using one of your web-master lies on me...
