Hmmm good analysis on the Zelda spirit portion. And as for working for Nintendo, boy would that be a dream job, however, how much influence does Nintendo of America have on Japan/Miyamoto? I don't even know if we even create any of the games really. I should really look into that.

Then I'll be waiting with Spirit Tracks on hand. You could play the second file

Speaking about the commercial, if you want to analyze it even more, let me help you.
1 second in you see a man playing Pan Pipes (this is the instrument that Link will play in the game).
4 seconds in you see graffiti of the Triforce on the opposite seat to the boy.
6 seconds in you see a man reading a newspaper called the "Hyrule Times" and with an article heading that reads "Spirit Tracks Disappearing".
7 seconds in the subway routing map system turns into a map of what could be Hyrule (I won't tell you if it is or not, you'll have to find out for yourself).
8 seconds in we see Zelda's spirit leave her body (what do you personally make of this?)
12 seconds in the subway goes dark and you suddenly see all the seats and floors have been upholstered.
15 seconds in we see Zelda's spirit fly into the armor of a Phantom (what do you personally make of this?)
Then the rest of the commercial shows clips of the game (I'll let you analyze those portions if you want).

The half man/half goat creature you're thinking of is indeed called a "Faun". They also go by the name "Satyr" or "Pan" (Pan was the king of all Satyrs and he was essentially the god of nature).

I suggested it here on the forums in multiple threads: Proof. That is the latest one that I can show you that is visible to the public (I have some really old posts, so my suggestions have dated before 2007).

Well that sucks to hear about your boyfriend (dump him and get with Link Or me, either is good). To be honest, I've only seen the comercial like 1-2 times on TV. And as for the flute (the real world instrument is called the Pan Pipes...I've even made multiple suggestions on threads that this would have been the next logical instrument for Link to have if not the Ocarina. So you can imagine how surprised I was to see it in the game. It was as if Nintendo was listening to me this whole time) now you'll know why that man was playing the instrument at the subway station.

Is the world round? It certainly has it's hills, and there are a few distant objects you can't see until you're close enough, so I suppose you could call that as evidence of it being round (but not like Animal Crossing or Mario Galaxy...more like PH but with hills).

Does it go around? As in the whole globe? No. And I'm glad that it doesn't. That would be too much for one game.

Feel free to ask any questions. I'll try to be as non-spoilerish to answer them.

I just beat the third dungeon (pretty easy except for one puzzle). Without spoiling anything, let's just say that the journey to get to the third dungeon is amazing! I personally love it (it really gave it that 3D effect even more). And as for my previous comment, I'd like to update it. So far I've found:
    2 Sidequests
    0 Trading sequences
    2 Mini-games

I haven't reached the 3rd dungeon yet (again, I'm taking my precious precious time with this one), however from what I have seen/played I like the second dungeon, I LOVE Zelda's personality (this just makes me even more involved in future games) there's one over-dramatic scene that I replay in my mind over and over, and as for the music, I do enjoy whenever Link plays the full song on his musical instrument. OH! And I just love it that the overworld of Hyrule (while on Link's train), the world isn't flat. That's a weird little detail, but I like it. It shows that the programmers put a lot of time/thought into this game (compared to PH where the whole ocean was flat).

What I don't like about it (so far) is the fact that I'm 2 dungeons into the game, and there hasn't been one trading sequence, and I've only experienced (sorta) one mini-game. I hope to see more later on.

PS: Hehe yeah you'll find a few (thankfully not many) people with names whom are puns for locomotives (like Cole = Coal for instance. I'll let you find out the rest). *Gasp!* It's Saturday! That means you have the game, right? If you do, tell me everything you like about it (and how far you've gone), etc...

I was given the additional position of Site Staff about two weeks ago.

And yeah, clearly you haven't gone into any detail of the game (that's a lot of will power). Well, without giving away anything dire (since it's explained within the first 15 minutes of gameplay) Chancellor Cole is a villain.

I don't think the game is hard so far (but from what I've read, that's about to change), I've only died once (at it was only because of a stupid mistake I made).

The game is really reliant on music (which I love). So if you're tone deaf, or just plain deaf, you'll probably have some trouble in the game because there will be some audio moments. I was just warning you (hopefully that wasn't spoiler-ish for you). The same could be said about TP, if you have some sort of muscle dystrophy then the game might be a hassle.

PS: And since I'm taking it slow, and you don't want any spoilers, feel free to come to me if you're ever stuck and you want a few hints. This way you won't read any excess spoilers on the forum.

Oh, I'm already aware of all the spoilers. Even when TP came out (and I haven't played the game), I sorta had to see the spoilers because managing posts is part of my job (especially editing peoples' posts to insert spoiler tags). So it's been quite impossible for me to not read the spoilers. Not only because I'm a mod, but I've recently become a site staff as well (I'm helping Cody out with the ST section) so I have to know/get the information (like how to beat bosses) in order to keep the site updated. So in the end, you could say the game has been "spoiled" for me, but I don't care. I'm taking it at my own pace (as I type this, I've just entered the Spirit Tower for the very first time, so as you can see, I'm really taking it slow).

I don't mind the anime style at all (except for Chancellor Cole's eyes. I've noticed in anime they sometimes make characters eyes looked crossed whenever they are drunk with power, and I just don't like that look on him), but I'm looking for all the moments for why exactly this game is rated E-10.

If you're willing to buy a Wii for me, why not purchase ST now? Why wait till the weekend?

Anything else about it? I'll just wait until you get a hold of it. I'll give you one tiny hint for a certain enemy: Bees. They can constantly sting you if you stay in one spot. So if you don't want to get hurt, run until they retreat.

Well I was thinking about NSMBW because maybe (since it has simple controls that even a 5 year old can understand) my family might get involved.

Have I played?: Very very very little to be honest. I'm trying to milk it as long as possible. I'm at the castle trying to sneak Zelda out, and I'll probably get to the first dungeon by tomorrow (like I said, this is my first Zelda game since PH, I don't want to finish it in the first 48 hours).
How is it?: I'm liking it so far. It's just like PH. And from what I've read on here, the cutscenes and whatnot have been given more of an anime feel (like their facial expressions and comedic mannerisms)
Do I like it?: Of course I do! So far I've heard great things about it (especially the music, so I'm blasting my music to the loudest). Difficulty I've heard is equivalent to OoA. And overall gameplay is better than PH, tMC, and I've also heard some people say TP! So really this is the best game Zelda has had in awhile.
