School exams! Can't get myself to focus, it's like some sort of curse really..

I had plans, but scrapped them for the exams, though I haven't been very productive at all :[ Wow, a horror movie night, should remember that or next year!

well yes shyamalan is known for that, but he's very good in setting those certain mysterious moods in his movies, the kind of mood I think would be very nice in a movie like avatar. And in my opinion he actually has a good sense of humor too.


Wait, what.. Sam raimi did Hercules and Xena? Haha, thats awesome.

The hyperlink is broken, and as for Shyamalan I guess a lot of people think that an action/adventure type of movie like The Last Airbender is just really out of his usual element. Shyamalan is usually good for suspence/thrillers so I'm sure that's why a lot of people are going to be taken back at this.

But hey, I'm more than willing to give him a shot. I mean, take a look at Sam Raimi, before Spider-man he did a lot of Horror films (and Hercules and Xena episodes).

Hey man, sorry for not having replied last time (AGAIN). But anyway,I just had this idea about gorons and seeing you are the goron fan around here I want to hear your opinion.

I was looking at some of the official zelda art and it always is apparent that the races are inspired by certain human civilisations, I was thinking of making some "official" looking art and want to make the gorons look like aboriginals. what do you think?


Oh and btw, have you seen the not-so-new airbender trailer? I think it's looking promising! Shyamalan inmy opinion is a good film maker that is capable of making very good movies, I enjoyed Signs very much, all his movies are about evoking a sense of mysterie,suspension and the paranormal, which I think would fit well in the avatar world.

It's his own arrogance (casting himself in big roles andstuff) and that all his movies are basicly the same kind of deal, )strange happenings, big plot twist etc) that's getting a lot ofcritisism if you ask me.

*Crosses fingers for Latika to be the next Bond-girl*

And as for Avatar, not to disrespect his daughter, but the only reason he got interested in the series was because of her. I guess you can see that as a sign of good luck, however I'd feel a little better if the movie was in the hands of someone who isn't known for suspence/thriller movies.

But considering he's putting the time and effort of having this made into a trillogy, I'm sure hope that it's not going to stink.

Latika definetly should, though she has an accent to come over or be forced in typical characters, I think I heard something of her going to be in a Bond movie.

Speaking about that airbender movie, I'm actualy quite excited to see this. Shyamalan is a good director even though he's made some bad films. (M night Shyamalan is going to direct, might be interesting!1)

Yeah, Latika was hot, I hope she gets more roles in films (like Jamal is getting in the new The Last Airbender movie). And for some reason, didn't Jamal's brother look like a young version of Michael Jackson (of course I'm talking about when they're older, and when MJ was still black), or was that just me?
