No, I'm not asking for you to do that for me, but Cortana really wants to have the E3 banner back, but I figured the best way to get it was to just get an S-mod to put it in her sig, since Cody wouldn't give it back to her. However, she is afraid that it would be breaking the rules. So, BGS, would it be breaking the rules? And, if not, could you please put the E3 banner in there for her?
