Top of my head, I'd have to say yes, Littlefinger is older than Tyrion. Although ages aren't outright said in the series, you can guess how old people are more or less. For example, Littlefinger has to be around the same age as Cat (he tried to fight for her hand when she was promised to Brandon Stark), they are childhood friends. And the fact that Cat has older children than Cersei, makes me think that Cat is older than her. So therefore, since Cersei is older than Tyrion, Littlefinger is also older than him (but not by much).

You know what? That's actually a legitimate answer even if you were joking or not. I suppose it would just depend on how long Littlefinger has been in the brothel-business (because Tyrion got married rather young I seem to recall).

That is very true, however how can you prove if someone is a Blackfyre or not? And I don't know if they are extinct, we know very little about them. What I'd like to know is what was their allegiance during Robert Baratheon's war? Did they side with Robert or with the crazy dead king?

Technically they are not the only Targaryens that are breathing. There is a bastard branch of the Targaryen side of the family named the "Blackfyre". I think I've mentioned them before (however there haven't been any notable characters from that side of the family). There is speculation that this "Aegon" could very well in fact be a Blackfyre posing as a Targaryen.

In the very sexist world of ASoI&F, it doesn't matter what UnCat thinks, she's a woman (an undead woman at that). I don't think she's going to send her men all the way up to Winterfell to kill Jon from being King. Better in his hands than the enemy. Well when it comes to heir to the throne, it goes in this order: Ned, Robb, Bran, Rickon, Sansa, Arya, and then Jon. It's men first, women second, bastards last. The queen would only become Regent if a king/queen is too young to rule (which in this world, 14 is old enough to rule). The problem as you've noticed is that Ned & Robb are dead. Bran & Rickon are believed to be dead. Sansa is wanted for being involved in the death of King Joffrey (running away doesn't make her seem innocent of that accusation), so if she reveals herself as Queen of Winterfell, then she'd become a large stationary target. That's why they have sent a fake Arya off to Winterfell. Let's say if "Fake Arya" is killed, Jon has the right to be King of Winterfell.

The only way Bran can be Rickon's bookkeeper is if they both return to Winterfell alive, and Bran decided to refuse the crown (you can do that, Maester Aemon refused the crown and passed it along to his younger brother Aegon V Targaryen). Bran may be crippled, however if he returns to Winterfell, he may be able to learn a lot of the world by sitting next to the weirwood tree.

Aegon is Rhaegar's son, so that means he's ahead of the line for the throne. It doesn't matter that Dany is older, she's still the youngest in the family. Let's say the Targaryen family were still alive, it would go in this order:
1. Rhaegar
2. Aegon (because he's the son of Rhaegar)
3. Rhaenys (because she's the daughter of Rhaegar)
4. Viserys would be forth unless Rhaegar and Elia had more children.
5. Daenerys would be fifth unless Visery's got married and his wife had kids.
6. Rhaego (because he's the son of Daenerys)
