Ugh, it's just that on my latest precalc test I didn't do so well because on half the questions I didn't show my method ("what method? I didn't use a method") or didn't thoroughly explain my method (because instead of rearranging tn= ti+(n-1)d to find n I memorized n= (tn-ti/d)+1. That or I did all the work my physics teacher required.)

It pisses me off because all the trades instructors care about is the answer, and same with the work place. In real world math, the ends justify the means.

Question: how does one show their method of obtaining an answer in math if one did not use/have a method?

Whelp. I just had 4-H speeches. I got second place, which is pretty nice considering the fact that I only wrote the damn thing last night,

I finally got Far Cry 3 the other day. I had set a ton of high expectations when I picked up that remote.

The game didn't meet them.
It surpassed them. From exploring a beautifully rendered Malay jungle, to actually screaming when I was attacked by a crocodile while swimming across river in said jungle, and listening to actually tolerable and amusing dub step while burning fields of marijuana (and getting high from it), all in first person, this game has been a good mixture of thoroughly immersive and reasonably challenging (then again, I'm playing on adventurer because I'm an FPS noob.)
It's also a game that made me yell "FOR SCIENCE!" really loudly. Then there was a lot of giggling as I floored it in a car over a ravine into a river. Just to see what totalling a car GTA style would look in first person.

Anyway, enough of that, how are you??

I hate to admit it, but I feel amused by this big forum crash issue thing. LP may have been small and less busy, but it never had issues like this.
