Ok I have a question. lol sorry I've posted so much on your wall about Halo. My brother has #3, but I don't have two or have even played it. Is 2 essential to play and should I get it, or should I just play 3?

oh, and also, let me know what your thoughts are compared to mine! no rush though.

also, health packs aren't as common as you'd think going through long stretches, which gives the game extra difficulty. I appreciated that.

Hey Miranda!!! So finally my impressions. I thought about all these different way to do them, but really, in the end, I'll keep it brief and just tell you what I think overall with some details.

IT'S FRIEKING AWESOME!!! Seriously, this game is amazing. You have now caused me to want to go out and get 2, 3, and Reach. I love the variety of guns; the pistol is one of my favorites, as is the needler when I need to save ammo for my assault rifle. It's NOT an easy game...at least for me. Conserving ammo is important and some parts took me several tries, hence why I take the needler because you get ammo for that everywhere. Oddly enough I keep on finding myself going back to the Assault Rifle. It's my favorite gun I think, especially when I'm fighting an enemy where I can fire in bursts. I love the level design. It is amazing. It's not super linear and allows for some exploration, and sometimes you actually need to figure out where to go. This is not common in shooters at all. I can see now why this game was so revolutionary originally. I love the variety of enemies, the level of difficulty, the level design -- I feel like every aspect is near perfect. The story is also quite intriguing and I can't wait to see where it goes next. I love this game. I used to play CoD, but now I don't think I'll ever bother with it again because it pales so much in comparison to Halo. I will definitely need to get Halo 4 now...ahhh!!!! You're going to bankrupt me

But seriously, I am so grateful for you introducing this to me. It is so awesome. I didn't get to do much of multiplayer so I can't give impressions on that, except for one match where my team got destroyed; we were playing a clan and I was the only one doing pretty much anything. But I love how it comes with the Halo Reach component.

Let me know what you think of my impressions vs. your thoughts. Oh, and since I'm a guy, I have an extra code for the female Master Chief Avatar. I know you probably have it since it came with the game, but would you like the code? I figure you can give it to someone you know or something like that.

Okay I'm still working on writing it. It's not gonna be super long or anything but I wanna get it right, and you did introduce me to the game and at least before you were enthusiastic about knowing all about my Halo experience. Promise it will be done soon.

Okay cool! I'll write it up tomorrow night because I'm going to be busy all day tomorrow -- going to see Star Wars in 3D and do a few more things. Flying solo, so no valentine date lol, but that's okay...I like the time to myself sometimes. I'm actually really excited to let you know about it, and happy, because you're the one who introduced me to the game I need to get 2 and 3 now, and Reach!!!!
