Metroid is all about exploration, it takes a certain kind of person to appreciate that kind of game.

Yeah! Animal Crossing and Minecraft are also huge replayable games.

I agree, Portal is well worth your money.

Really? If all you've played was Other M, please, oh PLEASE get a better game in the series.

Other M was a disgrace.

I like replay value or length because if I pay $50 for say, a Wii game I want that game to be worth $50. If a very short game like Red Steel 2 cost $50 at launch, I would feel ripped off. Now, paying |$40 for a game that lasts forever like Pokemon, I wouldn't feel so ripped off.

I'm talking about playtime in this case. Earthbound lasts for a long time and Super Metroid has replay value, picking up energy tanks and everything.

You should play Mother 3(the sequel to Earthbound), everyone's saying that it's on a whole different level compared to Earthbound.

Well thanks! I'll be honest, I'm not really sure what it was I was being clever about , but it's still nice to hear. I like your "I Dislike MM" thread by the way; I've really enjoyed reading some the things people have said on there, even though MM is still my favorite game.

I like this generation because the games last longer, but there are some SNES games that blow most modern games out of the water, like Earthbound or Super Metroid.

Yeah, I would much rather have lived in the SNES/N64 days. I was around when the N64 was at its last stretch, but at least I got the Gamecube.

Alright, you made a thread titled "I hate MM." which I didn't mind, and honestly, didn't care. You didn't like MM, which was perfectly fine, but I just didn't have interest in the thread as it was turning into a Serious Discussion debate. I later made the polar opposite thread, which was when you responed via VM claiming specifically that I was a "fanboy", and I didn't like that.

I replied with "I lost any respect for you I had when I first saw the thread". Stating that I did have respect for your opinion when viewing the thread.

It's good to know I'm not the only middle schooler that plays Nintendo games. Where I come from it's like finding a golden ticket in a Wonka bar.
