Well last night I had Windows firewall off, everything was being allowed through our own firewall and it still wasn't working. I probably won't bother again as it just delays the game for the people who can play. Though if you guys ever play Civ V then I'll join because that game seems to work perfectly fine online. I have no idea why though, haha.
