Hi, Emily! The semester is going good so far. ^__^ I had my first exam yesterday, which was for the most difficult course I have, so it was relieving that it wasn't as hard as I was expecting. It was kind of a huge relief in a way because this is the first year I'm working at the hospital at the same time as school, so I was scared for awhile that it would interfere with my studying habits. But fortunately I'm adapting!

Oh, yeah. I love running my hand through his fur, and we also do need to get him groomed every once in a while. If you don't care for his hair like you care for your own, you're going to end up with problems.

I should, if I can get him to stay still.

Yeah, that's what I heard, their hair is kind of like a person's in that it'll just continually grow and they need frequent haircuts/grooming..and really, when you look at maltese and yorkies compared to other dogs, their hair looks a lot silkier and more like a person's than other breeds of dogs. I think it's pretty cool ^__^

They also don't shed, which is great. I also love it when I hear my dog walking around on the hardwood floor in my house, since that type of flooring allows him to make adorable little footsteps.

Yes, it was very cute. :) I'm actually surprised at how loud that little thing can bark. It was behind me before I realized the owner was carrying it and it barked out of nowhere, and totally startled me, lol. And yes, maltese are another kind of dog that I would be able to have! I heard they also don't give allergies to those who are allergic. They are extremely adorable as well. ^__^

Yes, I hope I can someday! I actually saw one of those little Yorkies today when I was traveling home from shopping. I was so excited to see one in person. ^__^ The owner was carrying it in a little bag and it kept looking over at me, haha. I wished I could have pet its little head ;__;

Aw, me too! One of the first things people who know me associate with me is how much I love animals, especially hamsters, dogs, and cats.

I really love yellow labs, but sadly I am allergic. :/ However, I was really happy to find out recently that people with dog allergies don't react to Yorkshire Terriers! So maybe someday I can get one of those ^__^
