Life's been good--it's a new school term, so new classes, woohoo! Unfortunately I don't have a TV, so no video games or tv at all...but that's okay, I have a lot to keep me busy, and a few crazy friends.

They probably wanted to keep the same style as in OoT, you know power up and BOOM, you have a magic meter now. They did stray a bit with MM though compared to others.
