well, there are still a few things to discuss about, namely:

The Interloper War.

The world of the past that Zelda teleports to.

The Hero's Shade from TP.

What exactly caused the Great Flood in WW.

Link's purpose, and his place in the Triforce.

What happened to Link after MM.

What happened to Link after Link's Awakening.

Majora's Mask.

Malludus, and the discovery of the new Hyrule..

And of course, the next Zelda game!

There's not as much as there used to be (speculation is what makes Zelda so fun, imo but there's still some things that haven't been entirely solved.
