MC being first was retconned a while ago...
MC FSA and FS are probably the most debatable games.
I like to think that they are all on there own little timeline.
Though that's not a popular belief.

Hey if you didn't know, here is some common and basic knowledge for building timelines:
-OOt is the first game (debatable but confirmed by devs)
-The timeline splits after OOt
-WW happens on one end of the timeline called the adult timeline, while Tp happens on the other side, called the child timeline.
-Phantom hourglass and spirit tracks follow wind waker. (Duh)
-Termina (majoras mask) is another dimension that link accidentally falls in to.
That's about it, besides obvious sequels the rest is debatable.
