I was reading up on that game once. Apparently the enemies in the game make monkey noises. It's just sick.

Oh I don't believe 3D is a fad. Eventually it'll become the norm, like color.

But that won't happen until the technology is perfected and people stop using it for gimmicks (imagine if color was used as a gimmick, that'd be boring).

I'm also worried about how the focus on the 3DS' power and graphical capabilities would cause developers to make more "deep, story-driven games" with heaps of 3D cutscenes.

"DS" represents everything that the original DS stood for, not just the fact that it had two screens (apparently, "DS" stood for "Developers' System" anyway).

The fact that Nintendo are pushing the whole ZOMG-AUTOSTEREOSCOPY thing tells me that the games made for the 3DS won't be made with the same philosophy as the games Nintendo made for the DS and thus that the entire philosophy behind the 3DS is different to that of the DS.

The 3DS is a 3D system that hijacked the brand of the DS.

I heard that too, but there is an option to turn the 3D off if you want. So who's your favorite Zelda character?
