I think it would be a good idea personally.
I mean Nintendo said they had something planned for the 25th... we haven't seen anything yet. They might wait until OoT 3D comes out and then they can have a bundle type thing... so you have your Zelda 3DS and OoT 3D in the same package.

I could never warm up to the xbox... I've played the original Xbox ONCE in my life at a cousin's house... I hated the controller... and then I played the 360 at another cousin's house a couple years ago... that controller was awkward, since I was use to the PS2 and GC shape at that time.
And I was a die hard nintendo fangirl at that time too (I only got the PS2 as an Xmas present, I didn't even ask for it... but it DID convert me to Sony a little bit).

Haha I go to any length for fun gaming. I'm going to ask for either the 3DS with OoT 3D or a new guitar for my 16th birthday in the summer... idk yet. I REALLY want a fender telecaster but I also want a 3DS... I wonder if they'll make a special Zelda edition since LoZ is 25 this year (like how Mario got it's own Wii edition). If they DO make a special Zelda edition 3DS, I WANT IT!

NES, Gamecube (black), PS2 (silver), PS3 slim (black), DS Lite (white), Gameboy colour (purple), Gameboy SP (black) and I feel like I'm forgetting one... oh well. But that's the hardware I own. Oh, I have an old Atari thing in my attic! I don't think it works though... the wires are all done on it... I'd have to splurge big time to get new cables and stuff for it.
If I was to get a new console... i would go for the wii (I was going to get the wii but I changed my mind last minute when I was standing in the electronics department... I went for the PS3. I was going to get the Mario 25th anniversary wii... the red one.)
