Enter the URL to get it as your sig. Then click on where it should go and click on insert signature picture.

Alright, another way to change the sig is the click "Save Image As" and then save it in your "My Pictures" folder. Then go to "Edit Signature" and at the bottom you can upload a picture from the folder.

Is "Save Image As" appearing?

Well, there should be a big white box with several options on it. One of those options is "View Image"

Are you right-clicking the word "View"? cause you need to right-click the image, then left-click "View Image".
