Hey ASttP! So I don't think I ever saw you give your opinion on how many Terminas there are. I don't want to outright ask you in the thread to draw away from the conversation though. In almost every theory thread I see you post in I love your input and I'd really like to know about this.

I did the following:
I typed down as much as I could make out and then fed it to google, hoping that some japanese person might have written out the whole thing before.
Turns out I was right! Now readability won´t be a problem anymore!

here´s the whole text:

今度の舞台はリンクが活躍した頃よりも遥か昔、
ハイラルが、まだ一つの王国であった時代。
走る、ぶつかる、かつぐ、投げる。

now you have the whole text in readable form in case you find a good translator,
but as I promised I´ll still try to see how much I can understand, but I´m still learning japanese, and I´m self-taught to boot, so its far far from good.

"This is set in an era long ago where Link lived/lives,
When Hyrule was still one kingdom.
Run,Hit, Trick(?) and Throw.
Push,Pull,Swim and Swing your sword...
When you hold the golden "Triforce",
You will become the legendary hero."

something along those lines anyway.

Ah, I am flattered, but I have to tell you that my japanese really isnt that good,
furthermore, I beleive there´s people with better translation skills than me on this very forum, some can be seen here, but I don´t know if any of these guys are willing to tranlsate right now, though Baton of the Wind did me a favor in the past.

However, since you asked so nicely I thought I´d give it a try,
but I have to tell you that most of this text is sadly barely readable. The big fat texts are okay, but the smaller text (which appears to be the most interesting,too) is really hard. The Hiragana are fine, but some of teh Kanji are just to blurred to make something out. I´ll still try though. The least I could achieve is just typing everything I can make out down, I guess.

Anyway, here the translation for the clearly readable text, though its nothing really special

The fat black and red text at the font says:
"あの名作 ”ゼルダの伝説”が
スーパーファミコンで甦る。"

which means something like:

"That Master Piece, "The Legend of Zelda" is reborn/returns on the Super Famicon."

(Super Famicon is the japanese name of the SNES, just in case you didnt know)

The blue text below Zelda says:
"リアルタイム
アクション
アドベンチャー"

which just means:
"Real-Time
Action
Adventure"

yeah, nothing really interesting so far,
the most interesting stuff sadly seems to be in that really hard to read small text.

I´ll try tomake something out, but I can´t promise anything.

You didn't come across as a jerk in the slightest. I was being too sensitive. I've had a frustrating couple of days, but I thought that I had enough of a handle on it so that the emotion wouldn't show when I wrote the post, yet it would seem that I didn't.
