Excellent! The Terry Goodkind books sound very interesting, and I believe I've seen a few of them in local bookshops. I'll have to go have a mooch and see what I can see! They sound right up my street. ^^

The others...well, I'm not into D&D (never having played it or even what happens in it) so I'm not sure if I'd enjoy them, but I'll look into them all the same. :3 Thank you!

True, but she's not too complex. She can speak to wildlife and trees, in addition to manipulate certain aspects of nature.
Technically, she was my first true rp character. I keep most of the characters in my album. Originally I just found a picture which best suited what I was looking for in the character. Lillian's is still a bit lacking, as I imagine her a bit more endowed as far as her figure's concerned.

Well, Brooks and Terry Pratchett are my two favourite authors; other than that...I'm not sure if there are any authors that I specifically look for in bookshops. I tend to just look for books that match my preferred genre (fantasy fiction), with particular focus on all things Demon, Angel, magic and otherwise. ^^ What about yourself, good sir?

I guess in a way, but they're inspired by numerous sources other than anime and gothic music. I've added in a bit of mythology and combined various superstitions in addition to unique abilities so none is too similar to the other.

Yeah, I listen to them occasionally. Lately I've been listening to Nox Arcana which is just this extremely ominous music in addition to various tracks from Emilie Autumn, Kamelot, Epica, Cradle of Filth,and Lacuna Coil. I'm not too picky, as long as it isn't rap or heavy country, I'm fine.
Just recently found a new band I like the sound of called The Letter Black.

Well, most of the ones I find come from various anime originally, but you can look into Miwa and Scandal as they are two bands vastly popular in Japan, and they're both all girl rock bands.
I usually take a liking to gothic rock or anything that could be classified as such, so I usually stray towards darker music lately.

It's rock originating in Japan, so of course it's all in Japanese. they seem to have a lot more female rockers as well, for some strange reason.
