Well, ToA wasn't released in the US for PS2, only in the UK and Japan. Later though, they released it in the US for 3DS, so you'll need a 3DS to play it.

I haven't seen the anime yet, but the game is superb. 10/10, and I'm picky on RPG's. Better than Final Fantasy III. You'll love the characters, they have awesome personalities and every one has his/her own enemy. xD

You'll still have no chance. The mini spell gradually decreases your defense and attack. You'll do about one damage to the rat at the level you're at, while it'll kill you easily.

I think that was my party. That's bascially the party that comes around in every RPG. Two attackers, one healing slave, and one magic attacker.
