delete the roleplaying section or turn it into the main attraction of the site, or simply focus on 2d zelda games, since the bigger zelda communities focus mostly on the 3d games. It's kinda hard to say, what you should do, just keep in mind that ZU didn't start its forums the way they are now, there were very few sections.
(by the way, never ever add a chatroom, but create an IRC channel, chatrooms kill forum activity)
