It's more work that you probably think for, especially with some people who simply refuse to acknowledge authority. Also, even if you don't feel like, browsing your assigned boards topics daily is almost a must unless you have lots of help. I enjoyed moderating both sites when I did, simply because I love to do what I can to help, but when I left sparkies, and when I left KLA, I almost felt like breathing a sigh of relief, haha. Yet, still, I do miss it.
