Well, not neccesairly. OoT/TP Ganon transform as a result of the Triforce, while FSA Ganon transform as a result of the Trident. TP Ganon form is actually quite different from FSA ganon who is clear blue like ALTTP/OoX/LoZ Ganon.

Either way, there is two ganon. One is born in OoT and one is born in FSA, both to the Gerudo. We all know this. However, OoT Ganon dies in TP, but FSA Ganon gets SEALED, just like Vaati did. Who says FSA ganon can't reappear again after TP if Vaati can reappear after TP all the way from TMC ( Assuming your timeline ).

That FS and FSA are not right next to each other on the time line and while many references are made to ALttP which I believe is on the AT because of its references to TP... Well to sum it up: The Great Fairies from FS resembles tMC great fairies, so it makes sense. Then the Great Fairies from tWW appear in FSA... is it possible that...

It all doesn't make sense! tMC, FS, FSA, LoZ, AoL, ALttP, OoX could form a timeline of their own... the timeline is currently split into two... unggh im confused help!
