Well, the clan forums are basically a more laid-back version of the General Chit-Chat board. As the posts don't count, the same rules don't apply there. This means a lot of threads otherwise thought to be spam survive there. Also, forum games are allowed. As far as I know, there's no way for any person to access another clan's forums, but there is a forum for all people in clans. But yeah, I think joining a clan is worth it.
