What do you mean by 'gets aspy'?

My brother has Asperger's.... He's ok with me at the moment but he and my mum do NOT get along when he gets aspy... He was diagnosed very young when he used to sit, quite happy and content, under tables at parties and enjoy watching the world go by far more than wanting to participate in the movement.
