Oh, those are banners for certain usergroups you can join. The Din, Nayru, and Farore Clans (named after the Goddesses that created Hyrule) are three sub-forums that anybody is able to join after reaching the requirements.

And us mods have banners aswell to help members identify us. I'm a Super Moderator, and so I have a purple one. If you ever see anybody with a gold "Patron" banner, that means they have donated at least $1 to the site.

If you're interested in joining a clan, all you have to do is follow these three requirements:
1. Be a member here for at least 1 month (30 days)
2. Have at least 50 posts
3. After completing the first two requirements, PM one of the following people for a clan test (it's really just a personality test to find out which clan you'd be best suited in) Princess Awkin, Tiroth, Pani, Burty, DekuQueen, Aeffles, sadida, or Xeno.

After they have read your answers, they'll put you in a clan and add your banner.
