Right now I am working part time at a donut shop. I suppose donuts are fun. I don't drink coffee but at least now I know how to make them. Hah hah. It's not far from where I live, which is very convenient. The hours are unreliable, but it's my belief I'm lucky to have one. Eventually I want to put my talent and major to use by doing concept design, script writing, or video game localization. Maybe advertising or something. I'd love to work in the video game field as a writer.
Yeah, I really can't wait. It's a mixture of politics, economics, law, history and all these pleasant things, so it should be great. xD
Uh, jobs. >_> They suck so much. I'm going to be working from September, and I'm lucky because I found a part-time job next to the university quite easily, but it's still not... the most desirable thing to do. :'>
Oh good, I know most of these; now I feel cultured.
I have only been to... six or seven musicals in my entire life, they hardly occur in my city and the capital is sooo far away.
But I feel weird for whining, because your country is significantly larger and so your capital is even further. :'>
I like mimes in cartoons and movies in which they actually do have powers. Too bad it doesn't happen in real life. That'd make them so much cooler.
Most are pretty well known. Stuff like the Music Man, Little Shop of Horrors, Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, Rent, and there are a few lesser known ones I'll occasionally belt out a tune from like Next to Normal, Annie Get Your Gun, or My Fair Lady. Oldies but goodies. Except Next to Normal. I love attending them as much as I do singing from them. I'm a big theatre buff. I like performing arts of most kinds. Except Mimes. :< They scare me. They're like silent maniacs.
I don't consider myself a singer either, but I do enjoy singing a lot! It's my emotional steam-off. :'>
We probably don't know the same musicals, but do tell what you like! I have a bunch of favourite musicals that I greatly enjoy singing. C:
