Im sure you tried simply powercycling your modem/router? That's a pretty common fix for just about everything.

I'd try the manual IP setting too, if simply power cycling doesnt work. I had to do that with a Xbox 360 once.

You're also not showing up as online on my 3DS friends list, either.

You show up as joinable, but then I get an error code: 018-0511
