Well it's DEFINITELY a must. There's some movies you really like, but can imagine not being for everyone. Skyfall is a good counter-example. It's THAT good.

Yeah you do need fast enough internet, or it'll take half a day to download just a few of them. I usually leave it on at night if I do that, and boom, in the morning I got 20 of them.

Burn Notice is some type of action/drama right? I haven't heard of Psych, what is it about?

Hehe, I know the feel(ing). Fortunately they invented torrents for that very reason.

Yeah, it IS a shame. Even though he was getting older, that's not really a good excuse Look at The Expandables 2 (or don't, but just the actors ) When O'Neill did come back to do an episode, he totally nailed it. Even the action stuff in the two-parter with Woolsey in Atlantis, when the replicators killed the Ancients. That was some great stuff.

I know right? TV shows tend to take a long time to decrease in price, unless there's a couple more seasons - but that's not the case with Universe. Ah well. I can survive without new sci-fi for a while longer. It's not like there aren't any older shows to still watch.

It's not easy to do at least as good as the previous movie, not change too much yet still keep things fresh so it doesn't feel like a ripoff. It's almost contradictory, and why many movies lose sight of the things that matter the most.

Also, I'm not sure if you care about Bond movies, but even if you don't, Skyfall is super awesome.

If you like SG-1 and Atlantis, you might like Star Trek: Voyager, too. Many "Trekkies" prefer the other Star Trek shows, but as far as good sci-fi stories are concerned, Voyager is really diversified. And Robert "The Doctor" Picardo is an awesome character. He's a hologram, but becomes more and more human-like, and even ends up going on some missions. There's also a few times where he saves the day, 'cause he's a hologram. And his sense of humor is awesome. If Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory were a doctor, that's probably the closest you could get to that. ^^

O'Neill is super awesome. I laugh at all his dry remarks and attempts to ridicule everything. McKay is a highly entertaining character too, though in a different way of course. And Daniel was always good at the history geek / discovery stuff. Always bring one of them to make discoveries more awesome. ^^

Ba'al was a great recurring villain. I love how he ended up with all the leftover forces of the Goa'uld, and had all these ambitions like setting up his own Stargate network, the thing with the clones, and his plan in Continuum of course. The Quest two-parter was also highly memorable. Him & Adria tagging along on the quest for the holy grail. So much sci-fi goodness in the shows.

Universe is still €30 in stores, that won't do at all.

The new Star Trek movie was pretty awesome. J. J. Abrams is doing another one too, so I'm really curious what it'll be like. It'll be hard to get it right a second time! Sequelitis is a tricky thing.

I haven't even seen it. I didn't hear many people actually loving it. I have a coupon I need to spend soon so I'll probably get the DVDs to complete my Stargate Collection (I have everything else), but I'm not expecting to love it. It does have Daniel in a few episodes though right?

I'm a big fan of SG-1, and Atlantis is great too, though I [i]loved/i] less episodes. It could have lasted longer, but they might have run out of great stories at some point. What did you think of the 2 movies? Well 3, to be precise. ^^

Btw, I met Robert Picardo at a convention last year! Well I didn't talk to him, but I got really close. I'm too cheap to get autographs, but if I wasn't I'd have liked his. I love him as the hologram doctor of Star Trek: Voyager as well. Such a great character.

It doesn't technically rhyme, but it's still an amusing name, yes =D Are you a big Stargate fan then? Cause I am. \o/

    Happy Birthday to you!

And I must award you with praise for the Richard Woolsey image. He's great in every sci-fi show he's in!

o.O E-Family is like, an internet emulated family. It's something of a serious thing where you unofficially consider someone your family online. ||D

    Sounds silly, huh?
