CT SW: Ganon is the Demon King on that timeline, having stolen the Triforce of Power, so it's not too far-fetched to say that the Sacred Realm was transformed to the Dark World and thus sealed away by the Sages, even if Ganon's own fate was different. The fact that such a sealing isn't referenced in
TP makes it highly unlikely that the developers expect us to think this, though, unless they plan on making a game to cover these events. That
OoT was stated to be the SW in 2007 pretty much clinches it;
OoT is the SW, hands-down, no questions asked.
LoZ/AoL: ST doesn't really deal with the Triforce story, just like the
FS saga, but that doesn't mean that other games in the series can't follow.
FSA closed with Ganon sealed, providing a nice segue into LttP, and while
ST doesn't really give any specific hints at future games, this doesn't necessarily mean that nothing can come after it.
Suffice to say that the compulsory naming of Zelda, Daphnes holding "part" of the Triforce, and later becoming the only king in the series to possess the whole shebang all seem to add up to the
AoL backstory, and while
LoZ/
AoL are two and a half decades old, this only means that we can't expect them to fit perfectly, not that we can't expect them to fit at all.
