Most everything will be user created, with me just being the guide/overseer. If you desire weapons, work it into your bio or into the story once it gets going. As far as hostiles, they will exist, but their exact properties will, again, be up to the players. I may...influence some of that, but yea, created as we go.

Think like how the Sages of Despair works, but better organized and moderated so it doesn't get out of control/boring.

Erebus is my brainchild, though it may be inspired by many, many classic science fiction enterprises.
