Doing alright I suppose, got bored today and made a video (actually edited it this time) got some positive feedback, so that's all good to me. I decided to test my memory of Chinese, I took it for a year, but I think I forgot a lot of it.

Well I know that in Canada journeymen cooks (completed apprenticeship) usually make 15-20 an hour.

I've never heard of a cook making that much. I make somewhere around 12-15 working part time at minimum wage.

ha. i generally haven't payed attention to food when i travel. but i haven't traveled yet with an appreciation of everything yet.

though, I do remember the McDonalds when I was in southern california were noticeably much more tastier than the ones around here. Tasted like actual food, man.
