Thats sad....
How was it corrupted? If it happened by itself, then Nintendo is responsible for fixing it. You dont have to pay anything if it wasnt your fault, im sure of it because when my Gamecube first broke, i told them about how it just stopped playing games by itself. So i sent it and they gave me a new one for free.
