It's just the guidelines for the character, or they don't get approved. It's fairly easy to understand, once you know what to do.

If you go into the new posts section, and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you'll see a little drop down link bar. Click it, then scroll down to the very bottom. You'll see Village, where the OoC thread is located. Go down just a bit, and you'll find the word Characters. Click it, then read all the rules, and look at the charcters that others created. You can click the different cololred links with names in my signature too, to see all of my characters, and if you click that link, you can click up top the characters link, to get to the place faster.
