Thats why I say you are alot further along then I was when I was younger. But I guess it's good that it happend to me. Things like that will make you a stronger person in the long run.

Ah yes. I know it's hard. It's not easy for any of us man. I lost the girl of my dreams not following step 2. We dated for over a year but I never gave her space. I wanted to see her, talk on the phone with her and be around her 24/7. Eventually she broke up with me and back then I never understood the reason why. Now she is married, has 2 kids and has moved out of the state. It hurts me so bad because she is the only girl I ever loved so strongly and she promised me we would be together forever. Sadly it's been close to 2 years since we've been together and out of all the women I've dated I still have feeling for her. I moved on with my life but I dont think I could love any other woman the same way.
