well ♥♥♥♥, i probably do a lot of the same things you do, just...not...airforcey.
MKs handle diesel engines, pumps, air conditioning and refrigeration, hydraulics, and some electrical, welding and cutting. We're a pretty broad rate in the CG.
Well, not to be your goddamn dad or anything, but I'd weigh those options heavily, bub. Especially without having a job set up in stone on the outside. Its a real nightmare to get a good job, and even worse to get one similar to a military job.
Not quite that. There's a certain ladyfriend that lives out there (ZUer) and we met up for a weekend, and things went very smoothly and naturally. No awkwardness. And while there's obviously more to it than that, I feel very strongly about her, and have had this plan in my head for a bit now.
Hopefully something maintenance related, or at least shopwork. Perhaps not exactly what I do now, though I will probably apply at airports too.
Haha, yeah I made E-4 back in February. Nice to have a little extra money.
Nice! Yeah I saw Amy post about moving over the last month or two. Happy you guys made it out of Iowa :> And hope you enjoy the increased pace. I'm currently applying to transfer from active duty to the Air National Guard, hoping to move out to New York.
